Content: Rural England Prosperity Grant Fund Programme The Panel agreed on, 29 January 2026: Future Breckland: · Armeria Floral Design, Attleborough (Re-Open Scheme) £7,350 · Inkaroo Clothing, Swaffham (Re-Open Scheme) £7,500 · Courtyard Kitchen, Swaffham (Re-Open Scheme) £8,000 · Orion Cinema, Dereham (Shop Front Scheme) £5,000 Inspiring Communities: · Youth Provision in Breckland £29,947 · Thetford Rickshaw £2,500 Employability & Skills: · Tourism in Breckland training £4,000 Support for Business: · Support for Small Business Scheme (FSB) £3,850 The Panel also agreed on 17 September 2025: · Generations Hair, Dereham (Shop Front Scheme) £2,394 Breckland was allocated funding amounting to £530,458 for the period 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026 from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) split between Capital and Revenue Spend. Cabinet, at its meeting of 24 March 2025, agreed a proposed approach to utilising this funding, with delegated authority to the Executive Director in consultation with the Portfolio Holder of Economy and Growth for the administration, delivery and operation of the funding.
