Content: The Area Committee has considered the results of the legal advertising of a proposal to introduce a ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ Traffic Regulation Order on Northgate Road, Chatham Street and Eldon Road, Edgeley and has agreed to give approval to the following revised order that reduces the length of the proposed schedule of orders at the northside of the junction of Chatham Street and Northgate Road from 10 metres to 5 metres and to reduce the length on the west side of Northgate Road at its junction with the southern kerbline of Eldon Road from 10 metres to 5 metres:-   Proposed Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) – ‘No Waiting At Any Time’   Chatham Street, Edgeley (North Side) - From the intersection of the eastern kerb line of Northgate Road for a distance of 5 metres in a north easterly direction.   Chatham Street, Edgeley (South Side) - From the intersection of the eastern kerb line of Northgate Road for a distance of 10 metres in a north easterly direction.   Eldon Road, Edgeley (Both Sides) - From the intersection of the western kerb line of Northgate Road for a distance of 10 metres in a south westerly direction.   Northgate Road, Edgeley (East Side) - From a point 5 metres north west of the intersection of the northern kerb line of Chatham Street to a point 10 metres south east of the southern kerb line of Chatham Street.   Northgate Road, Edgeley (West Side) - From a point 10 metres north west of the intersection of the northern kerb line of Eldon Road to a point 5 metres south east of the southern kerb line of Eldon Road. To make the orders as originally advertised.  This has been discounted on the grounds that to do so would materially compromise the parking capacity for residential properties in the immediate vicinity of the proposed restrictions.
