Content:   Councillor Sunita Gordon, Lead Member for Resources made some introductory comments.   The Director for Law & Governance (Monitoring Officer) introduced the report.   RESOLVED: That the work plans of the Scrutiny Committee and Audit and Governance Committee be noted. That it be noted that the work plans will continue to be presented to the Strategy and Resources Committee on an annual basis.
