Purpose: To award the contract for the Councils’ Dry Mixed Recyclate (DMR) reprocessing and haulage.

Content: RESOLVED:   That Cabinet:   (a)  Appoint the preferred bidder for the Dry Mixed Recycling (DMR) contract as outlined in confidential Appendix 1. (b)  Delegate responsibility to finalise and enter into the contract to the deputy chief executive – place. (c)  Note that as this will be a contract let jointly with Vale of White Horse District Council to commence on 29 June 2026, the award of the joint contract is dependent upon reciprocal approval by Vale Cabinet on 6 February 2026.
