Purpose:

Content: To approve the use of S106 funding by Watlington Parish Council of the previously created and released budget of £63,019 from section 106 contributions (S106) towards Watlington ArtSpine (delivery phase) project under 75(b) of council’s financial procedure rules, to reflect changes to the location of the public art installations to:   1.     Mansle Garden, Church Meadows, Brookside, Watlington, OX49 5AG (Title number: ON127188), 2.     The Paddock, Davenport Place, Watlington, OX49 5AQ (Title number: ON250075) 3.     Hill Road Car Park, Hill Road, Watlington, OX49 5BD (Title number: ON141399)   To change the previously signed and sealed Third Party Funding Agreement with Watlington Parish Council to reflect these changes.   This decision will supersede the approval given on 14 February 2025.
