Content: to purchase a block of 34 flats from Bellway Homes required under a Section 106 Agreement via a land and build contract to let at Affordable Rents with the budget approved under the capital programme. to delegate authority to the Director (Environment) in consultation with the Leader, the Director (Corporate Services) (in the role of S151 officer) and the Deputy Monitoring Officer to take all necessary practical, financial and legal actions required to facilitate this.
