Purpose: Update to the car parking strategy and consideration of variation of conditions in relation to disabled drivers

Content: Resolved:   1.  Prepare a draft Traffic Regulation Order amendment reflecting the changes set out in the report.   2.  Undertake a statutory consultation for 21 days minimum;   a)  Should representations be received, review and present these to the Executive Board for consideration.   b)  Should the consultation result in no responses of consequence to the proposals, delegate to the Director of Resources in consultation with the Leader to approve the Seal and publication of the Order, specifying the date of enactment.   3.  Promote awareness, including signage updates and communication campaign as appropriate.
