Purpose:

Content: 1.      Approved the granting of individual wayleave agreements to National Grid Electricity Distribution (NGED) to support delivery of the programme set out in this report, subject to detailed information on individual wayleave agreements being provided to and approved by the Deputy Director for City Housing on a case-by-case basis. 2.      Approved the Chief Operating Officer (or such other authorised officer) to execute all legal documentation to put the above wayleaves into effect.
