Content: 1.      That the Cabinet Member for City Development, Jobs and Skills in consultation with the Deputy Director of Assets approved the grant of a lease on the terms referred to in the report:Land at Kelsall Close – on the terms detailed in Appendix 2; and   2.      Authorised the Chief Operating Officer (or such other authorised officer) to enter into any legal agreement to put the above transaction into effect.
