Purpose:

Content: 1.    That the development of an open Light Touch Framework for up to eight years to procure external training requirements of the Children’s Services workforce, as set out in the report, be approved.  This may be used by other directorates in the future.   2.    That authority be delegated to the Executive Director for Children’s Services, in consultation with the Executive Councillor for Children’s Services, to take all decisions necessary to progress the procurement of the Open Light Touch Framework up to and including determination of the final form contract and the award and execution of contract and any other documentation necessary to deliver the procurement and operation of the Framework.
