Content: To approve the award of the works contract for the refurbishment of the new centre at 223 Southwark Park Road SE16 That the Strategic Director of Resources:   1.  approves the award of the construction works contract for the refurbishment of the new Multi-Arts Centre at 223 Southwark Park Road SE16, to Ark Build Plc, in the sum of £1,906,475.38, for a contract period of 26 months, commencing on 21 February 2026. 2.  notes the change in the procurement strategy as set out in further detail at paragraph 5 of this report.
