Content: Note and support the requirement to meet the enhanced Biodiversity Duty reporting requirements introduced by the Environment Act 2021 RESOLVED:   1.  That the requirement to meet the enhanced Biodiversity Duty reporting requirements introduced by the Environment Act 2021 be noted and supported.   2.  That the report and Appendix 1 of the report be approved as our first statutory Biodiversity Duty report for submission to the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra).
