Content: Disposal of the Council's freehold interest by auction or any other approved method of sale RESOLVED:   1.  That the strategic director of resources be approved authorise the disposal of the property at auction or other such appropriate method including by private treaty (subject to it being sold at a price that satisfies the council’s statutory obligation to achieve best consideration).   2.  That the assistant director of property be authorised by the strategic director of resources to determine the appropriate reserve price or premium as appropriate.
