Purpose:

Content: To approve the contract award to Learning Pool Limited for the provision of a learning management system for a total value of £209,926 (net VAT) through the Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud14 framework (Lot 2 – Cloud Software).   The contract will run for three years with an option to extend for a further one year at the council’s discretion. The contract start date is 16 February 2026 and expiring on the 15 February 2029 with the additional one-year extension to 15 February 2030.
