Content: 1.          To delegate authority to the Director of Regeneration, Growth and Capital Investment to approve the disposals of the following assets through public auction and informal tender:   Public Auction St. Alphonsus Road Garages, SW4 7BW Oakdale Road Garages, SW16 2HJ 81 Lewin Road Garages, SW16 6JX Lansdowne Way Car Park, SW8 2ED Amesbury Avenue Garages, SW2 3BJ Garage Block 2 Maytree Walk Estate, SW2 3JE Frazier Street Garages, SE1 7BG 2-4 Winterwell Road Car Park, SW2 5JD Helix Road Garages, SW2 2JT Beechdale Road Garages, SW2 2BN Land adj. to 24 Normandy Road, SW9 6JH   Informal Tender Garage Block Clapham Manor Estate, SW4 6BW Garage Block Brighton Terrace Estate, SW9 8DL Trinity Gardens Garages, SW9 8DP Cancell Road Garages, SW9 6HP   This report seeks authorisation to complete the disposals of these assets through public auction and the informal tender method of sale. Independent third-party agents have provided recommended auction reserve prices and informal tender marketing prices. These prices are subject to change in line with property market changes and are detailed in the accompanying Part II ODDR, which is exempt from disclosure as the information is commercially sensitive.
