Purpose:

Content: 1.          To approve the setting up of a Lambeth Council Level 3 Weight Management Service for children and adolescents to align with the Level 2 weight management service at a total cost of £180,000. The services will run for 18 months from 1 April 2026 to 30 September 2027.   2.          To enter into service level agreements from with relevant NHS Trusts for the provision of: a)    Family and Systemic Psychotherapist for 2.5 days a week for 19 months from 1 March 2026 to 30 September 2027  b)    Consultant Paediatrician for one day a week for 19 months from 1 March 2026 to 30 September 2027   3.          To integrate the service with the Council’s existing Level 2 weight management services (delivered by Lambeth Council Community Sports team) for the prevision of nutritionist/dietician and a physical activity trainer for 19 months from 1 March 2026 to 30 September 2027.
