Purpose:

Content: 1.          Following a decision on the expansion of Elmcourt Special School, to approve the award of contract to APC Building Services (London) to carry out building works related to the proposed expansion of Elm Court Special School to a Satellite Site at the former Kings Avenue Primary School from January 2026 to September 2026 for a contract sum of £747,285 through direct award via Communities and Housing Investment Consortium Ltd (CHIC) Framework.   2.          To approve the total project budget of £951,965.32 that includes the above contract sum and staffing costs, fees and contingency.
