Content: The Executive resolved as follows:   To recommend to the Council to approve the Capital Strategy 2026/27 to 2028/29 attached at Appendix 5a, to the Executive report.   To recommend to the Council to approve the Property Investment Strategy for 2026/27 attached at Appendix 5b, to the Executive report.
