Content: To seek approval to lease land adjoining 40 Chorley Road to ST4 MCR Ltd in line with the confidential Heads of Terms as attached at Appendix A.   To agree to grant a lease for land adjoining 40 Chorley Road on the Heads of Terms set out at Appendix A.   To authorise the Head of Legal Services to enter into all legal documentation required for the lease.
