Purpose: To enter into an agreement with Didcot Town Council for its contributions towards the running cost of SODC’s public space town centre CCTV scheme.

Content: To enter into a contract with Didcot Town Council for its contribution towards the operating costs of the public space town centre CCTV scheme. The contract will run for a period of two years with the option to extend the contract for a further two years to align with Local Government Reorganisation timescales. The contract can be terminated by either party following 12 months written notice. Didcot Town Council will contribute one third of the district council’s operating costs for the scheme covering the town centre.   In addition, Didcot Town Council will cover all capital and revenue costs associated with any additional CCTV cameras that they successfully request to be added to the district council’s CCTV scheme.
