Purpose:

Content: The Committee considered a report by the PMO Manager (circulated previously) regarding the Programme Performance report 2025/26 for quarter 3 which provided an update on the delivery of the Corporate Plan.   In response to questions, the Head of PMO, Environmental Health and Housing advised the following:   ·       In relation to the stalled housing sites at Velator and Mariners Court and Pill Gardens, Barnstaple that a meeting had been recently held with North Devon Homes.  These sites were North Devon Homes properties.  They had provided an update on the current position in relation to these sites.   RESOLVED that the actions being taken to ensure performance was at the desired level be noted.
