Purpose:

Content: The Committee considered a report by the Head of Governance (circulated previously) regarding the Treasury Management strategy Statement 2026/27.   RECOMMENDED that:   (a)  The Treasury Management Strategy Statement, Minimum Revenue Provision Policy Statement and Annual Investment Statement 2026/27, including the Treasury Management and Prudential Indicators for 2026/27 to 2028/29, be approved. (b)  The updated Treasury Management Practice 5 (Organisation, clarity, segregation of responsibilities and dealing arrangements), as set out in appendix B, be approved.
