Purpose: CC and CPFT work together under a Section 75 agreement, delegating Adult Social Care duties for people with mental health needs to CPFT. This expired March 2024.       This decision concerns extending the agreement to April 2026. This will ensure people with continue to receive social care that is seamless with their clinical support.     The total value of this extension is £3,348,559:  -          £1,640,991 already paid for 2024/5  -          £1,707,568 to be paid for 2025/6
