The policy relates exclusively to our social housing tenants, not including those on introductory tenancies (1)        That the Cabinet agreed the Housing Tenancy Succession and Assignment Policy at Appendix 1 to this report.   (2)        That the Cabinet agreed the Housing Tenancy Succession and Assignment Policy shall be reviewed every 5 years by the Portfolio Holder with responsibility for Housing and referred to Cabinet for a decision if substantial changes were needed.   (3)        That the Cabinet agreed to delegate authority for the Housing Director to agree minor changes with the Portfolio Holder with responsibility for Housing.
