Content: Report relating to the PSO tender outcome and to agree the future direction for connection between Cornwall and London.   Part 2 (exempt) appendices expected. DECISION:   RESOLVED:   1.  That the outcome of a procurement process undertaken between December 2025 and January 2026 to award a new four year contract for a Public Service Obligation between Cornwall Airport Newquay and London as outlined in Appendix 1 be noted. 2.  That the future approach to securing regular air connectivity between Cornwall Airport Newquay and London should be based on the needs of the business community and hospitality sector, developed on a commercial basis, and led directly by Cornwall Airport Ltd.     Reason for the Decision:    As contained within the report.   Alternative options considered:   None other than contained within the report.   Conflicts of interest declared:   None.   Dispensations granted in respect of a conflict of interest:   N/A
