Content: The Council Performance Report for 2025/26, covering performance, risks and projects for the period (Q3). DECISION:   RESOLVED:   1.  That the Council Performance Report for Quarter 3 of 2025/26 (including Appendix 1 to the report showing Key Performance Indicators, Projects and Risks) be acknowledged and considered.   2.  That the budget virement, detailed in Table 3 of Appendix 2, Annex 3 to the report, be approved.   3.  That the budget uplifts, detailed in Table 4 of Appendix 2, Annex 3 to the report, be approved.   4.  That the write off, detailed in paragraph 6 of Appendix 2 to the report, be approved.   5.  That the movements in reserves, as detailed in Table 1 of Appendix 2, Annex 3 to the report, which have been approved by the Section 151 Officer in line with the Financial Regulatory Framework, be noted.   6.  That the Treasury Management update report, set out in Appendix 3 to the report, be noted.   7.  That the Section 151 Officer be authorised, in consultation with the Leader and Deputy Leader, to approve the final 2025/26 outturn report including any variations or additions to the reserve movements given in Appendix 2 to the report that are required to ensure the year end accounts are submitted by the statutory deadline.     Reason for the Decision:    As contained within the report.   Alternative options considered:   None other than contained within the report.   Conflicts of interest declared:   None.   Dispensations granted in respect of a conflict of interest:   N/A
