Content: DECISION:   RESOLVED:   1.  That, the 2026/27 Adult Skills Commissioning Plan, endorsing a flexible and responsive approach that builds on the learning from our first (part) year of Adult Skills Fund devolved delivery, be approved.   2.  That authority be delegated to the Strategic Director for Sustainable Growth and Place in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Economic Regeneration and Investment to implement the 2026/27 Adult Skills Commissioning Plan.     Reason for the Decision:    As contained within the report.   Alternative options considered:   None other than contained within the report.   Conflicts of interest declared:   None.   Dispensations granted in respect of a conflict of interest:   N/A
