Purpose:

Content: That:   The contents of the report be noted, including a total rephasing of £10.5m from 2025/26 into future years as detailed in section 4.7, and a revised Capital Programme be agreed.   The Capital Strategy for 2026/27 to 2029/30 be approved including the following amendments to the Capital Programme:     i.  A total increase of £26,623k to various existing schemes as detailed in paragraph 4.5.1 to 4.5.6.      ii.  Adjustments identified as part of the capital monitoring process totalling a net reduction of £529k as detailed in section 4.6.     iii.   A total addition of £1,731k to various schemes as detailed in paragraph 4.8.2 to 4.8.4.     iv.  Full Council be recommended to approve the increase of £15.0m in relation to new schemes as detailed in paragraph 4.8.5 to 4.8.7.   Full Council be recommended to approve the Capital Strategy for 2026/27 to 2029/30, including an increase of £15.0m in relation to new schemes to be added to the Capital Programme as detailed in section 4.8.5 to 4.8.7.
