Purpose: The proposal is for amendments to be made to the Directorships held by GMPF staff, as per Appendix A – the Register.  This is due to Paddy Dowdall (PD) giving notice that he will be leaving GMPF on the 31 March 2026 and therefore he needs to be replaced as a Director on these companies.  Paddy Dowdall will be replaced by either Kevin Etchells or Andrew Hall on the majority.  Paddy Dowdall will remain as a Director of Northern Gritstone, as this is not a GMPF governance appointment and was a nomination and appointment in a personal capacity by the Board itself.  Clyde Windfarm is an investment through GLIL, and they will be appointing a new Director in due course.
