Content: Before the Committee was a report by the Chief Legal & Governance Officer, copies of which had been circulated to all Members and a copy of which is attached to the signed copy of these minutes as Item 11.   This report before members set out a motion referred from the meeting of Worthing Borough Council on the 16 December 2025 in relation to the restoration of Worthing Pier.   The Proposer of the motion was present at the meeting to introduce the motion and referenced another report on the agenda on the same topic. Members debated the motion and it was agreed that the motion be rejected.   Decision:     1.     That the Motion be rejected   Call In: The call-in deadline for decisions will be 5.00pm on 17 February 2026.
