Content: Report of Councillor Michael Vincent, Leader of the Council and Sarah Palmer, Director of Transformation and Change submitted a report to provide an overview of quarterly performance against the council’s key projects and measures. This report covered the period 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025.   Councillor Vincent noted that work was already underway to review the new Local Outcomes Framework published by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) earlier this week.   Decision   Cabinet agreed:   Cabinet is asked to note the report and that the remedial actions to get projects and measures back on course are endorsed.
