Content: Decision Taken: The Cabinet Member for Finance and Council Reform has approved the Direct Award of a contract for the delivery of Water Retail Services to Anglian Water Business (National) Limited (trading as Wave Utilities), Companies Number 3017251 for the period of 15 May 2026 to 14 May 2029, with the option to extend for an additional period of 12 months at an additional cost of £418,329. The full contract term is four years at a total contract value of £1,530,980.     Reasons for Decision: Award of this contract based on current rates of consumption will represent a yearly saving of £18,798 compared to default rates. Further consumption savings may be achieved by focussing on the monitoring of water usage across sites that Wave will assist with as part of their Active Water Management plan.
