Recommended to Full Council (Budget and policy framework):   1)    That Cabinet recommends to Full Council that the Eastbourne Statement of Community Involvement as set out in Appendix 1 to the report to be adopted at the Full Council meeting on 25 February 2026.   Resolved (Key decision):   2)    That delegated authority is given to the Chief Executive in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Regulatory Services, Staff and Performance, Enterprise to make any minor amendments to the Statement of Community Involvement prior to its publication.
