Content: To receive an update on the Corporate Joint Committee’s Governance and Audit Committee RESOLVED:   a)    That Councillor Paul Luckock be nominated as a substitute to serve on the Governance and Audit sub-Committee of the North Wales Corporate Joint Committee should Councillor Gareth Jones be unable to attend.   b)    That the update report on the Corporate Joint Committee’s Governance and Audit Committee be noted.
