Content: Report of Councillor Peter le Marinel, Planning Policy and Economic Development Portfolio Holder and Steve Smith, Assistant Director of Planning and Building Control submitted a report to consider and recommend the contents of the Authorities Monitoring Report 2024-2025.   Councillor Fail made comments regarding the policy conclusions of section 4 (infrastructure provision) and section 13 (society) in relation to the Indices of Multiple Depravation data released in 2025.   Decision   Cabinet agreed:   That subject to the inclusion of any minor editorial alterations, the Draft Authorities Monitoring Report 2024-2025 as set out in Appendix 1 be approved by Cabinet and made available for public inspection.
