Content: RESOLVED:   1.    That Michael Turner be appointed as an Independent Person, as defined in Section 28 of the Localism Act 2011, for a two year term until January 2028. 2.    That the appointment of Gary Rogers be extended as an Independent Person for 1 year until January 2027 to provide continuity whilst the new Independent Persons begins their role.
