Content: Councillor Lewis moved draft resolution 7. The resolution was put to the vote and carried.   RESOLVED: That the consolidation of the Neighbourhood Fund (Neighbourhood portion of the Sutton Community Infrastructure Levy [NCIL] and Section 106) and Public Realm Capital programme from April 2026 onwards as outlined in paragraphs 5.1-5.7 of the report and the subsequent change to Article 10 of the Council’s Constitution be approved.
