Purpose: To consider the outputs of the Winton-Moordown 20mph Speed Limit Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) consultation.

Content: RESOLVED that the scheme (as per Appendix 1) is implemented as advertised. Voting: Nem. Con. (1 abstention) Portfolio Holder: Destination, Leisure and Commercial Operations Reason Feedback from the public consultation has been fully considered. It is recommended that the scheme is delivered as proposed. The recommended scheme shall: ·       improve safety for all road users, especially children, senior citizens, pedestrians and cyclists. ·       reduce the number of personal and seriously injured collisions ·       reduce congestion and emissions ·       Support improved air quality and the public realm   The meeting adjourned at 12.10 pm The meeting reconvened at 12.25 pm
