Content: That Cabinet:   1)    NOTED the progress made to support the Council to meet its statutory Biodiversity Duty. 2)    APPROVED the Biodiversity Duty Plan at Appendix A. 3)    RECOMMENDED that Council amends the previously approved ‘Terms of Reference of the Member Climate Change Working Group’ to incorporate the remit to monitor biodiversity action through the ‘Action Plan’ on an annual basis.
