Content: The Executive Resolved That  (i)    public consultation on the draft Proposed Woking Town Centre Public Spaces Protection Order should be undertaken;           (ii)   authority is delegated to the Strategic Director – Communities and Housing to take all necessary steps to effect the decision in (i) including all necessary publications and notifications as required by the legislation; and           (iii)  it be noted that a further report will be provided to the Executive setting out the results of the consultation and proposing next steps. Reason: To seek approval to proceed with a consultation on a mechanism to tackle and reduce anti-social-behaviour in Woking.
