Purpose:

Content: To approve the use of £34,104.44 from S106 legal agreement 08S35/11S21 Public Art contribution:   1)    To approve the request from Boundary Park Sports Association (BPSA) for £34,104.44 towards their Car Park Sporting Sculptures Art project at Boundary Park Car Park, Greenwood Way, Harwell/Didcot.  The car park is located in Vale of White Horse District Council area, and the Public Art contribution is held by South Oxfordshire District Council. 2)    To create a budget for £34,104.44 from S106 legal agreement 08S35/11S21 Public Art contribution. 3)    To enter into a funding agreement with BPSA that governs the release of funds and sets out project monitoring and claw back clauses. 4)    To release funds to BPSA, in total as one payment, in accordance with the funding agreement on receipt of the signed and sealed legal agreement and once planning permission is awarded.
