Content: *RESOLVED –   1.   That the Council Plan Delivery Plan for 2026 – 2028 be approved.   2.   That authority be delegated to the Director for Policy, Communications and Local Government Reorganisation in consultation with the Deputy Leader, to make amendments to the delivery plan should risk assessments, legislation and guidance impact on planned delivery and operational effectiveness.   REASON FOR DECISIONS   To provide a clear statement of the milestones and measures required to maintain progress, with regards delivery of the council’s Council Plan through 31 March 2028.
