Content: Appendix A to this report is exempt from publication on the basis that it contains information of the description set out in paragraphs 14 of schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 and in all the circumstances of the case, the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing the information.   Appendix C is exempt from publication on the basis that it contains information of the description set out in paragraph 16 of schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972.   RESOLVED: that   1.  the Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll Full Business Case attached in confidential Appendix A be approved.   2.  the award of system implementation of a new Finance, Procurement, HR and Payroll solution to the recommended successful bidder for the contract sum identified in the confidential Appendix A be approved.   3.  Authority be delegated to the Corporate Director Resources, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Finance, Modernisation and Performance and Director of Governance and Legal Services to carry out all aspects of the project, (including but not limited to implementation, testing, variations) and thereafter to deal with the management and operation of the contract, including any ancillary matters relating thereto.
