Content: This report seeks approval to procure a supplier to undertake a survey of the Council’s Housing stock. RESOLVED that the Executive approved the commencement of procurement for a contractor to undertake the full Stock Condition Survey in 2026/27 and delegated authority for contract award to Matt Pope, Executive Director for Children’s, Adults and Housing in conjunction with Stephen Conway as Leader of the Council and Executive Member for Housing.  The procurement will be of a value of between £650k - £800k and contained within the HRA capital programme.
