Purpose:

Content: 1.     To approve the award of the contract for the provision of Oracle Cloud Fusion Level 3 Support Services to Version1 Solutions Ltd, following a competitive Further Competition under CCS Framework RM6285 (Lot 2).   2.     To approve the contract term of three years from 1 April 2026, at a total estimated contract value of £573,228, with an option to extend for up to one further year, subject to satisfactory performance and funding approval.   3.     To delegate authority to the Head of Systems - Finance & HR to: (i)              Finalise the contract documentation; (ii)            Ensure mobilisation and transition arrangements are completed; (iii)          Manage the contract and apply extension options where appropriate.
