Purpose: A stormwater sewer diversion is required, in order to construct the Geron Way Waste Transfer Station that the London Borough of Barnet is legally obliged to provide in accordance with the Settlement Agreement. The stormwater sewer diversion is to be formally adopted by Thames Water by a Section 104 Agreement, prior to connection of the diversion and demolition of the existing stormwater sewer that needs to be removed to facilitate the construction of the Geron Way Waste Transfer Station.
