Purpose:

Content: 1.     That the Executive Director of Environment in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Environment and Climate Change approve the award for the supply of personal protective equipment to SMI Int Group Limited (SMI) under the ESPO framework contract from 1 April 2026 until 31 March 2029.   2.     To note that there is no minimum value for the personal protective equipment contract and that the projected maximum spend over the life of the contract, based on existing budget provisions, cannot exceed £300,000.
