Content: Report outlining the findings of the Corporate Peer Challenge undertaken 13-17 January 2026. DECISION:   RESOLVED:   1.  That the Local Government Association’s Corporate Peer Challenge (CPC) Feedback report, set out at Appendix 1 to the report, be welcomed and formally accepted. 2.  That the draft action plan, set out at Appendix 2 to the report, that responds to the nine key recommendations in the Corporate Peer Review report, be endorsed. 3.  That authority be delegated to the Chief Executive, following consultation with the Leader and Deputy Leader, to finalise and publish the action plan before 16 April 2026 and oversee its implementation.   Reason for the Decision:    As contained within the report.   Alternative options considered:   None other than contained within the report.   Conflicts of interest declared:   None.   Dispensations granted in respect of a conflict of interest:   N/A
