Content: To regularise the appropriation of land and buildings between  departments of the Authority under the provisions of Section 122 of the Local Government Act 1972 To approve the appropriation of the sites identified in this report for the provision of a new build children’s home together with the redevelopment of buildings for affordable housing . To facilitate the development of a new build children’s home which is aligned with the WG Removal of Profit from Care agenda and provide affordable housing in accordance with the Housing and Regeneration strategic aims and objectives.
