Content: Authorisation to release funding for recreation provisions secured under Section 106 Legal Agreement dated 8th September 2014 and Deed of Variation dated 11th September 2015 in relation to Planning Permission 3PL/2014/0244/F & 3PL/2015/0001/F. Breckland Council authorises the release of £8841.20 to Mundford Cricket Club from Outdoor Sports contribution held by the Council in accordance with a Section 106 Agreement dated 8th September 2014 and Deed of Variation dated 11th September 2015, in relation to Planning Permission 3PL/2014/0244/F and 3PL/2015/0001/F, towards the cost of refurbishment of the cricket nets at Mundford Cricket Club, St Leonards Street, Mundford.
